IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT FOR WHOLESALE PURCHASES?

Yes, we have a minimum order requirement:

  • Direct Orders: $500 (excluding shipping) for purchases made through our sales team.
  • Online Orders: $25(excluding shipping) for orders placed via our wholesale website.

DO YOU OFFER BULK ORDER DISCOUNTS?

Absolutely! We value our customers and provide discounts for large orders:

  • Spend $1000–$4,999 per order to receive a 5% discount (use code FLAVORIC5).
  • Spend $5,000 or more per order to receive a 10% discount (use code FLAVORIC10).

CAN I UPDATE MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Once an order is submitted, changes like adding or removing items cannot be made due to our rapid processing system. However, if you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at [insert contact information], and we’ll do our best to assist if the order has not yet been processed.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AND SHIP MY ORDER?

  • Orders are processed within 48 business hours.
  • For large or pallet shipments, allow an additional 1–2 business days.
  • We offer shipping options via UPS, FedEx, and LTL Freight for larger orders. Specific details will be provided during checkout or by our logistics team.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS AND REFUNDS?

We only accept returns for defective or incorrect items. If you experience an issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • The product name and lot number
  • A photo showing the issue

All returns must be pre-approved. Unapproved returns will not be processed.

DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT TERMS FOR BUSINESSES?

ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS?

Flavoric LLC does not offer free shipping. All shipping costs are calculated based on your order's size, weight, and destination. For pallet orders over 200 lbs, customers can arrange their own LTL freight or opt for us to handle the shipping at an additional cost.
